Read this before you call---HCGSupplies.com, LLC does NOT sell HCG. It is not included in our mixing kits, or anywhere on our website.

The telephone line sometimes transfers to our voice mail because of high call volume. We do not have a large staff answering the phones. Please, include your name, email address, Time Zone, order number, and your question in your phone message. Many times, when we have the opportunity to return your call, it is too late in the evening. It is much easier for us to send an email, so we will not disturb you or your family. And we can usually respond to your email more quickly than we can respond by telephone.

Any unopened packages that are refused and returned to sender will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus our cost of originally shipping the package to you.
