Payment must be in US dollars. Orders are shipped from our locations in Virginia, USA. We usually ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of order/payment.

We cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. Please contact us for insurance claims, in the event that the USPS loses or damages your package.

Please review the contents of your package promptly when you receive it. We will happily and speedily correct any errors made by us. For Damage or Partial Loss of Contents, please notify us of your claim immediately, but no later than 7 days from the date of mailing.

USPS Priority International, Express International, or 1st Class International (customer's choice) will be used for International orders. Tracking is provided if available only on Priority International and Express International packages. Please purchase insurance! We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or for lost or stolen items!

Sorry, we cannot accept returns of merchandise.
Any unopened packages that are refused and returned to sender will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus our cost of original shipping & a 5% restocking fee.
